I dID EVERYTHING U said to do so i downloaded off ur website and i saved 2 desktop and when i click run it says registry editing is still disabled mynes from virus wut do i do help!!

thank you so much man, Im totally subscribiing ! but I have other few problems .. it seems like everything else such as restore system and other stuff wont work either.. per example it says : system restore has been turned off by group policy. to turn on contact your domain administrator .. what do I have to do ? =/ please answer thank you very much !
